ABOUT THIS LIVEABOARD

Aboard the Indonesian Aggressor, your eight-day and seven-night itinerary will encompass the whole of the Komodo National Park.

Embarking and disembarking in Labuan Bajo, the diving is focused on diving South Komodo National Park where we will cover Padar Island, Langkoi, Horseshoe Bay, South West Flores, Mota Island and the Mola Straits (The channel between Rinca Island and Flores). The Komodo National Park is a World Heritage-listed National Park, which means there is an abundance of life above and below.

On this trip you can see Manta Rays in Makassar Reef and in Manta Alley, beautiful soft corals, schooling fish like jacks, Eagle Rays, Nurse Sharks, White Tip Sharks and of course where this is a diverse and beautiful range of soft corals, good macro life (muck diving).

Of course when visiting the Komodo National Park one must see the Komodo Dragon.  Not only excellent diving and excursions are on offer, but you are also aboard the Aggressor vessel which is well known for its excellent service and comfort as well - a trip to remember.

BOAT INCLUSIONS

General Inclusions

Accommodation based on two sharing (twin or double), single surcharge extra. (Inclusive of local tax).

Each cabin/ stateroom has private ensuite, individual air-conditioning, room towels ( changed when needed), linen changed mid-week, clothing storage, hair dryer, and pump toiletries.

Transfer from Labuan Bajo Airport (LBJ) to Indo Aggressor embarkation marina, on the day of departure.

Aluminium dive tanks 12L (80cu)( yoke valves), weights and weight belts

All meals - breakfast, lunch, dinner + snacks ( unless stated differently on the itinerary)

Beverages included - soft drink & local alcoholic beverages ( spirits extra)

Type of Meals

The menu onboard is varied and plentiful, with a variety of American feasts and local cuisine. You will awaken to fresh fruits, hot entrees, cereals and juices. Lunches are buffet-style featuring delicious local cuisine. Chef prepared dinners are served each evening and include salads, vegetables, seafood, beef or chicken with a fresh homemade dessert. Once onboard, please speak to the chef about any special needs. If you have any special dietary requirements, please be sure these are noted when completing the GIS, however certain special dietary and beverage requests may not be available due to the remote nature of this location.

Drinks

The selection includes fruit juices, soft drinks, iced water, iced tea, coffee, and a limited selection of local beer and wine (one glass of wine is served with dinner), which are complimentary. Due to the high duty charged on liquor, we suggest you bring your special brand. Due to local regulations, the bar will be closed while the boat is in port. Drinking and diving do not mix. Once you consume alcohol, you become a snorkeler until the next day.

Dive Guide - Not evey dive will be guided. Breifings will be conducted but "LiveAboard Freedom" is offered which means Buddys groups will be responsible to conduct and plan their own dives in that dive

Any Extra Services which may include but not limited to: Onboard calls, Laundry, special services

Any Optional Activities which may include but not limited to: Dive Courses

Transfers to and from the airport or hotel to the departure marina in Bali

Rental equipment is for hire pre-book possible when booking, payment on board

Travel and Diving Insurance is for the traveller to organise before travel ( must be shown on board). Your diving insurance must cover all of your scuba diving and snorkelling activities, including the costs for recompression chamber treatment and emergency air evacuation.

No International or domestic flights are included. However since the majority of the Indonesian domestic air carriers do not participate in global ticket distribution, Aggressor Fleet has made arrangements with a local Indonesia travel company to provide a purchasing service for the domestic tickets on our guests’ behalf. (Once booked an email will be sent to see if you wish to book this flight)

Taxes and Surcharges

Itinerary with the Forgotten Islands - $180USD - per person payable at the end of the trip, onboard.

Any airport taxes on arrival of departure

Itinerary with Komodo National Park - Komodo National Park Fee - $170USD for 7-nights - $180USD for 10-nights, per person payable onboard at the end of the trip.
