DAY 1

Arrive at Fakarava Airport (IATA code FAV) and meet your local representative from the Master Fleet. They will transfer you to the vessel. If you are already on Fakarava make your own way to Rotoava Dock (a two-night minimum stay is required pre-cruise). Meet your fellow divers and the crew. After a safety briefing, the boat will head off to its first destination. Dinner included. (Please note: this is a sample itinerary only, the crew will find the best diving with location and dive sites subject to weather and diving conditions; with the safety of the divers and crew foremost; and that there is no guarantee to see any stated Discovery).

DAY 2

You will have up to three dives (including a possible night dive if offered). Possible dive location: Fakarava North - the northernmost channel of Fakarava Island and arguably the best site in the region for consistent shark sightings, with diving at the outer wall you will encounter the huge "wall of sharks" where hundreds of greys congregate, and amongst those are black tips, white tips, hammerheads, and silky's Hammerheads. Possible Dive sites: Maiuru - you could see Manta Rays on the cleaning station, with nudibranchs amongst the corals, Ohutu, Restaurant Pier. Breakfast, lunch & Dinner included.

DAY 3

You will have up to three dives (including a possible night dive if offered). Possible dive location: Toau Island - with the drift dive into the islands channel you will see schools of grey reef sharks and silvertip sharks. Possible sites: Otugi Pass, Teahuroa.- on the outer walls these huge schools of pelagic fish, barracuda, whilst manta rays can swim by. Breakfast, lunch & Dinner included.

DAY 4

You will have up to three dives (including a possible night dive if offered). Possible dive location: Apataki Atoll - with strong currents this area is more about drift diving looking for pelagic fish, with hundreds of grey reef sharks hunting on fusiliers. Possible sites: Tehere Pass - a strong current drift dive where Tuna, dolphins and swordfish can also be seen, Pakaka Pass - a more gentle drift dive over pristine corals with numerous eagle rays. Breakfast, lunch & Dinner included.

DAY 5

You will have up to three dives (including a possible night dive if offered). Possible dive location: Tikehau Island - In 1987 Jacques-Yves Cousteau dubbed Tikehau as "the richest atoll on the face of the earth", and it is easy to understand why with schools of sharks, manta rays and lovely corals. Possible sites: The Old Pearl Farm - the place to see Mantas coming in for their clean. Breakfast, lunch & Dinner included.

DAY 6

You will have up to three dives (including a possible night dive if offered). Possible dive location: Rangiroa Island - the diving around this island is amazing with clear warm water, huge schools of grey reef sharks which brings in large hammerheads and tiger sharks. Possible sites: Tiputa Pass - hook into the reef wall and watch the amazing shark display, with Hammerheads, tiger sharks & huge schools of blackfin sharks; Deep Blue - a blue water dive where sharks come up out of the blue; Mypristis - see large numbers of marbled groupers and many anemones with resident clown fish. Breakfast, lunch & Dinner included.

DAY 7

As today is your last day you will have the up to two dives. Settle any accounts that you have. Farewell dinner. Possible dive location: Rangiroa Island. Possible sites: Tiputa Reef - schools of barracuda, turtles and sometimes manta rays; Nuhi Nuh - a shallow coal garden where you can spot angle fish, anthias and smaller creatures, watch out for leaf fish. Breakfast, lunch & Dinner included.

DAY 8

Disembark at Quai d'Ohotu and meet your local Master representative who will transfer you to Rangiroa Airport (IATA Code RGI). If staying at a local hotel please make your own way. Breakfast included. Transfer included on day of disembarkation only.
