ABOUT THIS LIVEABOARD

This 10 night and 11-day dive trip will take you to several islands aboard the Philippine Siren. You will visit Malapascua Island, one of the few dive spots in the world where the shy Thresher Shark maybe seen on a daily basis. On a cleaning station called Monad Shoal, you could also see Manta Rays or Eagle Rays. Also in this area Hammerhead sharks frequent from December to May, along with other Pelagic Fish, like Dogfish Tuna and Dolphins. You will also have an abundance of Macro/ Muck Diving with shallow reefs which are littered with frogfish, Ghost Pipefish, Cowries, Seahorses, Mantis Shrimp. Further on is Gato Island, a Marine Reserve, and Seasnake sanctuary, with a site called Nudibranch City. Pescador Island attracts large schools of Sardines which is an experience in itself but also brings bigger Pelagic Fish to feed. Dependant on the guest wishes you can snorkel at Oslob with the Whalesharks (for a fee), as a dive will be substituted. Apo Island Marine Reserve is one of the most successful marine sanctuaries in the Philippines, with steep walls; marine life is abundant and colorful.
