This area has a tropical climate year round with water temperature: 79 - 84F, 26 - 29C. The Similan Island National Park closes from May to October. Therefore diving in Khao Lak is only possible from November to April. Depending on your choice of dive package you have wreck diving, a visit to the Similan Islands, and a visit to Koh Bon dives. Located in the Anderman Sea these locations are the best diving Thailand has to offer. You might see, Manta Rays, Turtles and if your lucky Whalesharks. After a short drive to Tap Lamu Peir, you will board either the MC Stingray or the MV Runaway. Both vessels are stable and have safety equipment on board. .
